Additional Services
House Cleaning
Our Inital 1st Clean is ALWAYS a Deep Cleaning. We clean stovetops and ovens plus clean the microwave. Additional Cost for cleaning out the refridgerator. We clean all Exterior within your home. We also will deep clean your bathroom. We also make beds at no additonal cost (just provide the clean bedding).
After Party Cleaning
We'll clean up after the family Barbacue or party at your home. Picking up trash and getting your place back to sparkling and clean again.
Real Estate Cleaning

Do you have a rental property that needs to be cleaned? You can cross it off your “to do list” and let us help you out. we'll make sure that your rental is thoroughly cleaned. Dusting and vacuuming in all rooms, bathrooms cleaned, beds will be made, floors will be washed, wastebaskets emptied, kitchen completely cleaned.
Spring/Fall Clean
The cleaning professionals at “You Got It Maid”, will “spring or fall clean” your home to welcome in the new season with a fresh clean environment. We offer a wide variety of extra services for those tasks that you just don’t feel like cleaning yourself.
Washing Dishes (Included in routine clean this is NO additional cost.)
We will wash and dry dishes that are in the sink or on counter-tops, but we do not put dishes away.

Inside Cabinets/Drawers (Not Included in routine clean this is additional cost.)
You have to remove the items in Cabinets/Drawers so we can clean inside.
Inside Fridge (Not Included in routine clean this is additional cost.)
We’ll dispose of expired items, & remove racks and compartments to deep clean them as well as the walls of the fridge.

Baseboards (Not Included in routine clean this is additional cost.)
We will clean baseboards due to light dust for an additional cost. **Heavy buildup of dust and scuffs WE WILL let you know if we can clean it every situation is different when it comes to baseboards.

Making Beds (Included in routine clean this is NO additional cost.)
Just leave the clean linen on the bed and we will replace the dirty linen with the clean linen and make up the bed.

Other Services Not Offered
​
There are few things we do not offer as part of our regular cleaning:
– Wet wiping light bulbs- time and risk of breakage is too high.
– Putting away dishes, because we don’t want to stack things in a way that you would not (and to reduce risk of breakage).
– We cannot move furniture, but we will try to reach any visible places either by hand or with an extension duster. Cleaners are not allowed to step higher than a 2 step stepstool.
– Some homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We do offer chandelier cleaning as part of our window cleaning services.
– We cannot guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build up may require an additional charge.
– Please allow for some dust resettlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent this entirely.
– Cleaning are by appointment only. If we are unable to gain access to the home or are turned away at the time of cleaning, there is a $15.00 fee.
